Demolished 1970; now a vacant lot
This house was commissioned by Sullivan's brother, Albert, and is said to be the best small residence designed by the firm. Sullivan himself lived here from 1892-1896, and his brother resided here until 1905. The house traded hands many times and was converted into several apartment units prior to demolition.
