At the collective farm.
The winter has just started, and spring is far,
But Young Communists are concerned for it:
“A forward-looking bunch!”
They’re getting ready for the spring, not sparing strength or sweat.
Thus the energetic youngsters forge new weapons
For the fight for grain, for future rye.

Greetings to you, dear youth!
Your help lays the foundation
Of future victory at the collective farm.
No matter how stubborn the vile enemy is
He will be cornered
When our victorious flag is raised
Over the enemy’s lair: Berlin!
