The Chicago Council on Global Affairs
A Season of Discourse

The Chicago Council on Global Affairs brings the world to Chicago. Since its founding in 1922, world leaders, policymakers, and international experts have chosen the Chicago Council's nonpartisan forum to present their insights on critical national and international issues. Each year, the Council hosts more than 100 programs in downtown Chicago and in neighborhood bars and music venues where people can meet and talk to others interested in world affairs. The Chicago Council on Global Affairs also takes Chicago's ideas to the world through studies and task force reports on topics such as migration, global agriculture, and the economic rise of China and India.
