Marcel G. Lefrancq (1916-1974) was a Belgian photographer and collage artist who was associated with the Hainaut Surrealist Group. Issued as a portfolio, the work includes twenty-five photographs (silver prints) of female nudes, still lifes, and other abstract images, often utilizing the techniques of superimposition and solarization. It was produced in an edition of 100; the Ryerson’s copy is no. 55.
