Oat Meal Peanut Bread

  • 2 cups liquid yeast
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Add white flour as long as you can stir it; beat well; let rise over night; stir up well in the morning; add one cup of chopped or ground peanuts; pour into a buttered baking-pan and set in a warm place to rise; when light bake in a moderate oven for one hour.
